At Tiny Treasure Co, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order volumes and product availability.

Delivery

All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery is 10–15 business days.

Please note that this is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

Delivery Delays

While we work closely with our courier partner to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier operational issues, adverse weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tiny Treasure Co is not liable for delays caused by Aramex or events outside our reasonable control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their orders and resolving delivery issues where possible.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
